ORDER PROCESSING

UK DELIVERY

UK standard delivery is via Evri. There is a fee of £2.95 for this service for any number of cabinet knobs, pulls or handles.

If you require a faster service then we offer next day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a fee of £4.95

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked Airmail or a DHL Global Mail / USPS service.

EU delivery is £4.99 for the first knob and £0.60 for each thereafter.

Delivery to the USA is £9.99 for the first knob and £0.90 for each thereafter.

Delivery to the Rest of the World is £10.99 for the first knob and £0.90 for each thereafter.

Fast tracked courier services are also offered for most international destinations.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you haven’t received your order by the expected delivery date or the tracking hasn’t updated for 4-5 days then please contact us. We will investigate with the chosen courier and re-dispatch your order if it cannot be located.

RETURNS

We offer no quibble returns. We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your purchase for whatever reason. You can view our full delivery and returns policy here.

Lovely, they are for our daughters play kitchen we have made her. And they are exactly what we needed. Phil was also excellent with his customer service. I muddled my order up and ordered the wrong thing and wrong type of delivery. He replied promptly and we sorted next day delivery in time for Christmas and he swapped the items to the right ones really quickly and easily. Very chuffed. Thank you!

I hoped these would be a more classic gold colour, however it seemed quite cheap looking in real life, so I haven't put it up in my home.
If you are looking for something to go in a modern room this might work for you. However I don't think it will suit a edwardian/victorian aesthetic.

They are a nice item to look at but I ordered 4 and they came with different size screw attachments, washers and nuts. The quality of these is poor and 1 had a screw already attached that couldnt be removed. Its different to the others and wont fit the nut etc. The moulds some are better than others and different scale so they are a little disappointing for nearly £5 each

Cheap appearance in person. REALLY bright yellow gold. Surface finish was sticky like there was some applied clearcoat that would never quite harden.
