This website, found under the www.greenivy.co.uk URL is operated by Green Ivy. References to Green Ivy and ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall be deemed to be references to Green Ivy a trading name of Phillip Harding. References to ‘you’, and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via the www.greenivy.co.uk website, as well as for telephone or direct orders. These terms & conditions also cover our emails and any other associated promotional activity.

Orders

When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you should contact our customer services team before placing an order with us, either by phone or by emailing sales@greenivy.co.uk or by post to the address, Green Ivy, Unit 2, Easton Business Centre, Bristol, BS5 0HE.

By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Green Ivy to purchase the goods outlined in your order.

When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, phone number, credit/debit card and address details. This information is required in order to process your order. We will never share any of your details with third parties unless explicitly expressed below. An email and phone number is needed so that we can update you with order information and notify you of any issues. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number for tracking and customs clearance purposes.

After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Please note that we may not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:

  • If the product you ordered is out of stock
  • If we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • If it is identified that there is a product description error
  • If it is identified that there is a product pricing error
  • If a customer does not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions
  • If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control, including hazardous weather and accidents.

Should there be an issue with your order we will contact you either by phone or email.  Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the parcel. You can view full details of our Delivery & Returns Policy here.

Green Ivy reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Green Ivy website. All data provided by you, the customer, is encrypted and no payment data is held by us.

When placing an order you will be added to our email list. However, should you wish not to receive emails from us, please inform us and we will remove you from our list. 

Payment

All of our prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).  Our VAT Registration number is 277614671.  You can pay using most debit and credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard and American Express).  Online card payments are processed by Tyl by NatWest. We can also accept direct bank transfer, please contact us for our bank details.

Website Pricing & Descriptions

Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure our descriptions, photographs and specifications of products are correct, we do not guarantee product likeness to be exact. We do our best to accurately portray product colours but colours of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to image lighting and the variations in screen hue and saturation across devices and browsers. We sometimes use props in our photographs, these are not for sale, in such cases the product description indicates which item is being advertised for purchase.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as possible, there may be very rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) may not reflect the product exactly at the point of placing an order.  We do not give any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results arising from the use of such information. Please note that we are unable to confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in line with our order acceptance conditions. We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are solely to provide an approximate idea of the goods they describe and do not form part of the contract between you and us and are not intended to be binding.

The majority of our products are handmade and therefore completely unique. As such photographs and descriptions are intended only to give you an idea of what the item will look like. There will be slight variations between the actual goods delivered and those appearing on our website. We have made every effort to ensure our photographs and descriptions provide as accurate a depiction as possible, but please feel free to enquire about any particular item before purchasing if you are unsure.  All of our distressed items will be subject to varying degrees of natural wear and tear, in keeping with the design and look of the product. We reserve the right to vary our prices and to change the specifications of our products.  We do our best to keep our website up to date at all times but occasionally an item may no longer be available.  We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, even after an order has been placed.  In the event an item is no longer available we will contact you to see if a suitable replacement can be found. If this is not possible we may occasionally have to cancel your order but will inform you throughout.
