ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2pm are usually processed the same day. Once your order has been processed an order dispatch email will be sent, complete with tracking details.
UK DELIVERY
UK standard delivery is via Royal Mail or Evri. There is a flat fee of £2.95 for this service.
If you require a faster service then we offer next day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a fee of £4.95
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
EU delivery is via Royal Mail or Evri and takes approximately 4-8 working days. Prices vary according to the delivery country.
USA delivery is via DHL GLobal Mail or Fedex and takes approximately 6-9 working days. Prices are weight dependent and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery to the Rest of the World is via Fedex and takes approximately 7-10 working days. Prices vary depending on the delivery country.
Fast tracked courier services are also offered for most international destinations.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you haven’t received your order by the expected delivery date or the tracking hasn’t updated for 4-5 days then please contact us. We will investigate with the chosen courier and re-dispatch your order if it cannot be located.
RETURNS

These mats are beautiful for sure so we doubled up and put two matÂ’s together to be able to hold plates and silverware set up. Again, no fault to the seller as they include measurements but I simply saw the images and assumed - the quality is still beautiful and the shipping was quick
