ORDER PROCESSING

UK DELIVERY
UK delivery is via DHL, is completely free and takes 1-2 working days. Some larger items may be delivered by a specialist courier and take slightly longer.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
EU delivery is via DPD and takes approximately 4-8 working days. Prices vary according to the delivery country.
USA delivery is via Fedex and takes approximately 4-6 working days. Prices are weight dependent and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery to the Rest of the World is via Fedex and takes approximately 7-10 working days. Prices vary depending on the delivery country.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you haven’t received your order by the expected delivery date or the tracking hasn’t updated for 4-5 days then please contact us. We will investigate with the chosen courier and re-dispatch your order if it cannot be located.
