DELIVERY ISSUES

Ich habe sechs Wochen auf die Ware gewartet, bis die Meldung erhielt, die Ware sei ausgeliefert. Ich habe keine Ware erhalten. Nach Rücksprache beim Verkäufer teilte der mir mit, dass das Paket wieder zurückkam, weil ich keine Steuer bezahlt hätte. Ich habe nie eine Aufforderung zum Zahlen von Steuer oder Zoll erhalten. Der Verkäufer meinte, er könne mir die Ware erneut zuschicken, aber ich müsse die Versandkosten tragen. Wir haben uns geeinigt, dass er die Ware versandkostenfrei schickt und er dafür verantwortlich ist, mir mitzuteilen, wann ich wohin irgendwelche Steuern oder Zoll zu entrichten habe. Dann erhielt ich eine Ankündigung von dpd, dass das Paket geliefert wird. Ich habe vorsichtshalber die dpd-Versandstation hier im Ort ausgewählt und von dpd eine Bestätigung erhalten.
