ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2pm are usually processed the same day. Once your order has been processed an order dispatch email will be sent, complete with tracking details.
UK DELIVERY
UK standard delivery is via Evri. There is a fee of £2.95 for this service for any number of cabinet knobs, pulls or handles.
If you require a faster service then we offer next day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a fee of £4.95
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked Airmail or a DHL Global Mail / USPS service.
EU delivery is £4.99 for the first knob and £0.60 for each thereafter.
Delivery to the USA is £9.99 for the first knob and £0.90 for each thereafter.
Delivery to the Rest of the World is £10.99 for the first knob and £0.90 for each thereafter.
Fast tracked courier services are also offered for most international destinations.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you haven’t received your order by the expected delivery date or the tracking hasn’t updated for 4-5 days then please contact us. We will investigate with the chosen courier and re-dispatch your order if it cannot be located.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your purchase.
