Delivery prices vary depending on region:

EU delivery is £4.99 for the first knob and then £0.40 for each knob thereafter.
Other European countries delivery is £5.99 for the first knob and then £0.40 for each knob thereafter.
Delivery to the rest of the world including the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is £6.99 for the first knob and then £0.69 for each knob thereafter.
